HSK 3.0 は 2026年1月31日に世界で一斉に開始され、旧6級制を3等9級に置き換えました。初等1〜3級、中等4〜6級、高等7〜9級です。1〜6級は日常的なコミュニケーションを引き続きカバーし、4級が中国留学の一般的な基準です。7〜9級は新設で、学術・専門用途向け、約11,000語。このページの語彙リストは1〜6級の範囲（5,384語）を収録しています。7〜9級の語彙はまだ含まれていません。
